Central Otago & Christchurch, New Zealand

The time has come for Heathen Culinary and Wine Tours to get back to New Zealand. Specifically the South Island with concentration on Christchurch and Central Otago. You might think that the Kiwis are only about Sauvignon Blanc, but we have something for you!!!!

Did you know with a population around one million people the South Island is home to some of the cleanest air and water in the world. That's right, the world!!! And as much as we like clean air, we are in it for the wine, eats and killer cool winemakers. Oh, and the views aren't bad either.

Full agenda to come, but we will be visiting the "best of the best" winemakers in the middle of harvest. We will be surrounded by snow capped mountains, vista blue lakes, and world glass grapes in the vineyards. 

Wineries will include - Prophets Rock, Rippon, Fromm, Clos Henri, Craggy Range, Mt. Beautiful, Felton Road, Kinross and more.

Our six days and nights will be full of adventure, local traditions, fresh seafood, and some of the best Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc in the world.
