Austria in Fall for Harvest 2021

Welcome to Austria, land of some of the misunderstood wines and foods in the world. From super crisp, mineral driven white wines to spicy, funky cool red wines and some of the greatest sparkling and dessert wines in the world. We'll start our trip from the Vienna airport Sunday, Septe,ber 27th and head to the beautiful Alp influended landscape on the Danube River. We'll spend the next 3 nights here in and out of some of the greatest wineries and most scenic vineyards overlooking the Danube. Iconic houses that change your perspective on wines. We'll visit 2 icons in the Wachau (Hirtzberger and FX Pchler) to meet winemaker and wines that chamged the wine world. We'll hang out bin the vineyards with Karl Lagler for some vineyard time and wine overllooking the river. On tueasday we'll travel to Krems to visit the Castle and winery at Stift Gotttweg and have lunch in the castle at their restarant.
