Redolent of hoisin, black trumpet mushrooms, smoked meats and full of spicy, dark berries. I was looking for something that was juicy and delicious with all foods. Pulled pork BBQ, curries, smoked brisket, and things like fried chicken that people don't usually think about with high end wine. Obviously, we don't take ourselves very seriously, the wine is meant to be fun and give the middle finger to the old school establishment, but literally this juice ROCKS!

From the second smallest AVA in the USA, The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater, Oregon. Rocky soils for great drainage, retaining heat, and stressing the vines. Precise farming and herbicides/ pesticides never see the vines. Vineyards are full of volcanic rocks, 5 miles south of the Oregon/Washington border. The picture attached is truly the bottle in the middle of the vineyard!

Winemaking
100% neutral French barrels (228L), Natural fermentation. 13.7% Alc.
140 cases produced in collaboration with Constant Crush Wines operated by
Bree Stock, MW and Heathen Wines.

This Blanc de Franc is produced in the same process as Champagne and comes from Cabernet Franc grapes. The Frankenstein project was born out of too much bourbon, and bad life decisions with friends!
