Scotland, Whiskey, Music, Cheese, Oysters and oh the people!!!

Our travel will take us from Edinburgh, Scotland to the regions of Fife and Speyside. For centuries farmers and distilleries in Scotland made some of the greatest whisky in the world. What many people do not know is that other artisans are producing some of the best cheese, beer, oysters, salmon, wool and cattle in the world. We'll visit farmers to understand the daily ins and outs of their farms and all aspects of production. We'll visit with distilleries to taste and view their production up close and personal. Imagine the experience of traveling to explore Medieval castles and historic Neolithic workmanship. We'll introduce you to a country you never knew!!!
