Get ready for Father's Day with Chef Antwon and the Heathen!

Let us help you get ready to celebrate Dad's big day! Our old friend Chef Antwon Brinson owner of Culinary Concepts AB in Charlottesville, VA is making a house call! That's right, we've partnered with Chef to help you wine and dine that favorite guy in your life. We know you want to spoil Dad, so we're going to assist you with the perfect meal plan the day before. Of course it wouldn’t be the perfect meal without the perfect wine, so we’ll throw that in as well.

You’ll receive 2 bottles of wine from famed producer Il Palazzone in Montalcino, Tuscany. The first bottle, their Rosso di Montalcino which you can enjoy during the cooking class or while you prepare your meal. The second wine will be the Il Palazzone, Lorenzo 2013, their Super Tuscan blend. Lorenzo is the winery owner’s father and they bottle this blend specifically for Dad. Only 500 cases were produced, so we’ll make sure your man has a bottle. A great vintage to celebrate a vintage man! 

You’ll also receive a menu with recipes and preparation instructions a few days in advance. On Saturday, June 20th Chef and Heath will Zoom into your kitchen for the wine and food pairing. A step by step break down of the dish, wine and a chance to answer any and all questions. We'll prepare a classic for Dad.

All orders with wine need to be placed before Monday, June 15th by 5PM EST.
