Get ready for Thanksgiving with Chef Antwon and the Heathen!

Let us help you get ready to celebrate Thanksgiving! Our old friend Chef Antwon Brinson owner of Culinary Concepts AB in Charlottesville, VA is making a house call! That's right, we've partnered with Chef to help you wine and dine the family and friends in your life. We know you want to spoil them all, so we're going to assist you with the perfect meal plan the week before. Of course, it wouldn’t be the perfect meal without the perfect wine, so we’ll throw that in as well.

You’ll receive 2 bottles of wine that will be crowd and food pleasers on the big day. The first bottle Maurice Schoech, Pinot Auxerrois "Vielles Vines" - Alsace, France will be a white full of rich texture and vibrant acidity that makes it perfect for the side dishes. The second wine Caruso e Minini, Frappatto/Nerello - Sicily is a medium bodied red with hints of fresh red fruits, earthy mushroom goodness and bright aromatics to dance as easliy with the bird as it does with your palate.

You’ll also receive recipes and preparation instructions in advacne to the holiday. On Tuesday, November 17th Chef and Heath will Zoom into your kitchen for the wine and food pairing. A step by step break down of the dish, wine and a chance to answer any and all questions. We'll prepare classics and not so classics for your group. The perfect mashed potatoes with garlic and brown butter. Roasted carrots with a honey, ginger glaze and brussel sprouts with bacon and harissa vinaigrette. (Food is not included)

All orders with wine need to be placed before Thursday, November 12th by 5PM EST.
