We'll take a trip (virtually) with 5 Star International Sommelier Heath Porter to one of the most beautiful places in the world. California's Central Coast and Santa Barbara wine country. Join Heath as you taste through 3 wines in a fun, interactive, educational and absolutely non pretentious event.

We'll discuss the basics of tasting, history of the wineries, region and throw in wine parings and some really bad jokes. You'll come to understand why this region has gained great acclaim for world class Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and other grapes. Is it the soil, the wine-making or because you're drinking wine on the beach? We'll find out for sure.

You'll receive 1 bottle of Diatom "Bar M," Chardonnay, Chanin Wine Co, Pinot Noir and Andrew Murray, Syrah.

In addition we recommend ordering take out from your favorite local restaurant. Or purchasing produce from your local farmers market or cheese from a nearby dairy. These wines are very food friendly and we love to support local, small businesses and farmers. The chardonnay is great with oysters, shrimp scampi or roasted carrots with lemon and tarragon. The pinot noir loves duck, but is great with ahi, salmon or mushrooms. The syrah is legendary with steak au poivre, black bean eggplant or a personal favorite is Mexican food with mole sauce.
