About The Event

Iron Horse Vineyards was established in the late 1970's and has been serving bubbles at the White House since 1985 when they toasted to the Reagan-Gorbachev Summit ending the cold war. Iron Horse features 3 styles of wine which are all estate grown: Sparkling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Iron Horse is a family operated business now featuring its 3rd generation, although the 4th was recently born.

Our presenter is our dear friend and all-around bad ass lady Ms. Joy Sterling! Reared in France with a storied career including attending Yale and becoming Deputy Bureau Chief of ABC News in Los Angeles before the age of 30. She returned home to the family business and has built Iron Horse into one of the most recognized brands in the wine world. As if Joy's professional accolades were not enough, she is also an adventurous world traveler climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, running rapids on the Bio Bio River in Chile and hiking Tibet and Bhutan. As an all-around rock star Ms. Sterling is also involved in personally saving the world which we will speak about over wine.

You will receive 1 bottle of Iron Horse "Ocean Reserve" 2014, Iron Horse "Estate" Pinot Noir and a suprise gift as well.
